Katerina is the Founder and Managing Director of Kestria Greece (MEIHUNT), member of Kestria the world largest Executive Search Alliance and the Founder of MEIHUNT, Corporate Talent Management. Since November 2021 she is an elected and active Member of the Global Executive Board of Kestria. In addition, in 2020 and 2021 she was awarded as Best Business Development Manager of the Year among 90 offices world-wide. Katerina’s principal activity is focused on Executive Search at C- and senior level. She is an expert in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods with a range of successful placements in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations, in the Pharmaceutical Industry, with focus on Medical positions, in Production, Energy and Industrial sector with award winning projects across the Globe and in Retail with established international fashion clients. Katerina is also motivating and coaching C-Level and Senior Directors and Managers to career transition projects, supporting them to the next step in their careers in and/or out of their organizations. In addition, she is leading and designing corporate assessment for teams or individuals for selected clients. Previously she was Partner in Cornerstone International Group (since 2007). She brings with her solid corporate experience in HR management from sound Multinational organizations like: The Coca-Cola Company, where she worked for 5 years in HR and Marketing roles for Greece, Cyprus and Malta. Prior to that, she worked for British Petroleum (BP) as HR Advisor for 3 years and as Product Manager for Candy Hellas for 1 year. Katerina holds an MBA from Cardiff University of Wales, UK and a BSc. in Statistics from Piraeus University of Economics and Business. In addition, she was a professional Volleyball player and a member of the National Volleyball Team of Greece.
