Katerina is the Founder and Managing Director of Kestria Greece (MEIHUNT), member of Kestria the world largest Executive Search Alliance and the Founder of MEIHUNT, Corporate Talent Management. Since November 2021 she is an elected and active Member of the Global Executive Board of Kestria. In addition, in 2020 and 2021 she was awarded as Best Business Development Manager of the Year among 90 offices world-wide. Katerina’s principal activity is focused on Executive Search at C- and senior level. She is an expert in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods with a range of successful placements in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations, in the Pharmaceutical Industry, with focus on Medical positions, in Production, Energy and Industrial sector with award winning projects across the Globe and in Retail with established international fashion clients. Katerina is also motivating and coaching C-Level and Senior Directors and Managers to career transition projects, supporting them to the next step in their careers in and/or out of their organizations. In addition, she is leading and designing corporate assessment for teams or individuals for selected clients. Previously she was Partner in Cornerstone International Group (since 2007). She brings with her solid corporate experience in HR management from sound Multinational organizations like: The Coca-Cola Company, where she worked for 5 years in HR and Marketing roles for Greece, Cyprus and Malta. Prior to that, she worked for British Petroleum (BP) as HR Advisor for 3 years and as Product Manager for Candy Hellas for 1 year. Katerina holds an MBA from Cardiff University of Wales, UK and a BSc. in Statistics from Piraeus University of Economics and Business. In addition, she was a professional Volleyball player and a member of the National Volleyball Team of Greece.

Talent Lead Director

Sofia is the Talent Lead Director of Kestria Greece (MEIHUNT) since December 2021, responsible for the research strategy, the planning and execution of all operating activities of the projects in Greece. She is the key contact person for the clients and also represents the Company in external communications, media and investor relations. Sofia is an expert in identifying, assessing, coaching and selecting corporate talents and leading them to move their career to the next level. Previously since 2019, Sofia was a Senior PR & HR Consultant. She was an experienced professional skilled in Corporate Communication, HR and Strategy with proven ability of accessing and identifying corporate talents. Before entering Kestria Greece (MEIHUNT), she was Corporate Communication Manager of Ethos Media SA, Communication Specialist of an EU agreement related to entrepreneurship at the Institute for Youth of the Ministry of Education, PR & HR Manager at the National Youth Council and Strategist at the Political Communications agency Stratego S.A. Sofia-Afroditi focuses her expertise on Pharma, Retail, FMCG, Banking, Media & Oil Energy industries of the Company. She holds a Bachelor’ s Degree in Communication & Mass Media from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens (ΕΚPΑ) and a Master’s Degree (MA) in Psychology and Media from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences with Specialization in the Psychology of Communication. She speaks English, German & Spanish fluently.

Office Manager

Margie has joined Kestria Greece (MEIHUNT) on December 2021 as Office Manager. She is responsible for all internal and external communication with Stakeholders, schedules and follow up with clients, candidates and international partners. In addition, Margie is the local coordinator for Kestria global, reporting and managing all activities to the international network. Margie bring with her over 20 years of retail experience in Retail, meaning store management, commercial acumen, sales, marketing, operations and communications from a solid environment with continuous positions of increasing responsibilities. She holds a business degree in economics and management, and is fluent in English.

Konstantinos Tomaras

Konstantinos Tomaras

Legal Advisor

Konstantinos joined Kestria Greece (MEIHUNT) in November 2019 as Legal Advisor. He supports our Company in all Legal issues such as contracts, commercial law and human resources. Konstantinos, is a lawyer in Athens. Currently, he is doing PhD in Civil Law in the University of Athens. He has completed his master studies (LL.M.) in Bonn, Germany, in the field of Civil Law. He has conducted PhD research in the University of Humboldt in Berlin, as a scholar of the DAAD under the cooperation program “Theseus” between the School of Law in Athens and the School of Law in Berlin. He has published three articles in law journals both in Germany and Greece. His area of interest and specialization focuses on contracts, sale of consumer goods, commercial law, property law, family law et. al. He speaks English and German fluently.

Vasilis is supporting Kestria Greece (MEIHUNT) since 2016. He is responsible for financial planning, budget forecasting, P&L, and manages all accounting activities with external stakeholders. Since 2021 he became a partner of the Company and is supporting our management team in commercial policies and strategic planning. Vasilis has more than 25 years’ experience in finance and accounting and has supported many clients, entrepreneurs, start-ups and established managers in Greece.

Payroll & Accountant Consultant

Joanna has joined Kestria Greece (MEIHUNT) in 2016. She is supporting our Company in accounting, is responsible for all communication with the accounting departments of our clients and is also in charge of payroll and personnel issues.
