Kestria has in place privacy and security practices to safeguard our candidates’ personal information as well as any confidential corporate information our clients provide. These practices are reviewed, and if necessary revised, on a regular basis. Additionally, Kestria employees receive privacy training and must comply with Kestria privacy practices as a condition of employment. Each consultant and employee is required to sign a confidentiality agreement upon joining the firm – agreeing to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all information shared within the firm.

Personal information collected by Kestria is information about an identifiable individual that may include such information as name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, financial information, career history, references, education and other credentials. Corporate information collected from clients may include organizational structure, revenue, business challenges and cultural notes. Only such client information as has been expressly approved by the client is shared with candidates. The sole purpose of collecting information is to facilitate the search process and at no time is this information used for any other purpose. Candidates and clients are advised of information sharing for each occurrence – at no time is information shared with any party without the agreement of each participant.
